3. Purpose of data collection and processing
The organizational team of μbone collects your data to organize the conference successfully. Receiver of your information is: Anja Strehle, project coordinator of μbone at the TU Dresden, Fetscherstr. 74, 01307 Dresden, Email: anja.strehle@uniklinikum-dresden.de
We collect your registration data protected from access by third parties. We use your data only for the organization of the conference and in particular for resource planning.
4. Legal framework for the processing of personal data
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and c, Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 6 para. 2 No. 5 Act on the Autonomy of Institutions of Higher Education in the Free State of Saxony (SächsHSFG) and § 11 Saxon Act on the Enforcement of Data Protection (SächsDSDG) and the service agreement for the use of standard software SAP at TU Dresden.
5. Voluntariness and revocation
Your information is voluntary, and you can revoke your consent at any time. If you refuse or cancel your permission, this can lead to problems both with participation and with the settlement of your conference participation.
6. Data transfer / Disclosure:
The transfer/disclosure of data within TU Dresden or to other offices in the operating area of the Saxon State Ministry of Higher Education, Research and the Arts, as well as to the State Bureau of Taxation and Finance, only occurs if it is necessary for the purpose stated in no. 3 or legally required. Data will only be transferred/disclosed to other third parties if it is necessary for the purpose stated in no.3 and to fulfill a legal obligation (in particular contracts with third party funding partners, grant confirmations – SAB/ESF, etc.) or if the transfer of data according to § 6 para. 1 sentence 2 of the Saxon Act on the Enforcement of Data Protection (SächsDSDG) shall occur on the basis of a legitimate request from a public body or if the concerned party has consented to data transfer/disclosure in individual cases.
7. Storage time
We store your data until your conference participation has been fully invoiced, but no longer than March 28, 2020. At this point, we delete your saved data.
8. Photo permission
With your conference or workshop registration, you grant permission to take photographs to be used in μbone related print and electronic formats such as publications, videos, projects and web-site that help advance public awareness. If you do not allow the publishment of your picture, plea-se get in contact with the coordinator.
9. Information rights
I am aware that I can request information at any time about the data processed about me and the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transmitted, and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.
10. Right to complain to the Supervisory Authority
According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority if you are concerned that your personal data is not being handled correctly.
